At Nail Creative Co., we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring your complete satisfaction. We take pride in our work, but if for any reason you’re not happy with the results, we’re here to make it right.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please let us know within 3 days of your appointment so we can address your concerns.
We offer complimentary fixes or adjustments within this timeframe to ensure your experience meets our high standards.

Conditions for Service Corrections

If the issue is related to the quality of our work (e.g., chipping, lifting, or imperfections), we will provide complimentary fixes.
Nail extensions and enhancements are not indestructible—they require proper care and maintenance. If damage occurs due to misuse, excessive force, or improper aftercare (e.g., biting, picking, or using nails as tools), we will not provide free fixes.
We will not repair nails that have been intentionally damaged, ripped off, or broken due to improper care. A new appointment will be required for repairs, and standard fees will apply.
For medical pedicures, we guarantee professional care, but long-term foot or nail concerns may require ongoing treatment, so instant results aren’t always possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided, as we prefer to address concerns through corrections or alternative solutions.
However, exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of significant service issues.

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have the following booking policies in place:

Deposits

A 20% booking fee is required to confirm all appointments.
This will be deducted from your total on the day of your service.
Booking fees are non-refundable for cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service, and the deposit will not be refunded.
If you’re unwell, please let us know as soon as possible.

Gift Voucher Policy

Gift vouchers are available for purchase online or in the salon. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within 3 years of the purchase date. To redeem the voucher, the physical voucher must be presented at the time of the appointment.
