Are you podiatists?

No, we’re not podiatrists. We’re highly trained nail professionals who specialise in advanced foot care, particularly for dry, cracked heels, thick toenails, and other common concerns. Our goal is to offer a safe, relaxing alternative that bridges the gap between traditional nail salons and clinical care. We recognise when a concern may need medical attention and will always recommend and refer you to the appropriate health professional if needed.

Where are you located?

We are located in Shop 5 169 Wairakei Road, Bryndwr, Christchurch. Next to Beauty Lies Within and Indian bites.
Ample street car parking on Wairakei Road and Aorangi Road.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, we offer gift vouchers that make the perfect gift for birthdays, anniversaries, or any special occasion. Our vouchers can be purchased in-store or online and can be used for any of our services.
How do I make an appointment?
​
To make an appointment please fill out the booking form online.

Confirmation emails and texts will be sent out. Please ensure you confirm your appointments or they will be cancelled.
How often should I get an infill?
​
We recommend infills to be done within 2-3 weeks from your last set. Please note if we need to drill down and/or rebuild your apex this will be charged as a fullset.
How do I cancel my appointment?
​
If you are unable to make your appointment or are running late, we appreciate a courtesy phone call/text to let us know. If you are calling or texting to cancel we require 24 hour notice (50% will be charged if less than 24 hours given). If you no show and make no contact you will be charged 100% of appointment.
What happens If I chip or break a nail?
​
If your nail chips or breaks within 7 days of your service, schedule an appointment with us to have your repair redone at no cost to you.
What payment options are available in salon?
​
We accept EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard and Cash and Afterpay..
How long does a NanoFlex reconstructed toenail or an Onyfix toenail brace last?
​
The NanoFlex enhancement will naturally grow out along with your own nail. To maintain optimal results, we recommend a maximum interval of eight weeks between enhancements.

The Onyfix brace lasts 10 weeks and will grow out with your natural nail. after 10 weeks book in again and we will place another brace at the top of your nail to secure the nail.
What pedicure should I choose?
​
The medical pedicure is suited for those who suffer with cracked heels, dry feet, corns, thick toenails, fungal toenails, ingrown feeling toenails. Basically this pedicure is to help restore and heal your feet. You will be recommened homecare productst to use inbetween your pedicures.

The Refresh medi pedi is our pedicue for this who dont have any of the above. You may have a few areas of hard skin but overall you have no discomfort when walking.

The expess pedicure is for those short on time and only want your toenails trimmed filed and painted
Do you have nail polish for your pedicures?
​
No, we no longer offer traditional nail polish as part of our services. Here’s why:

Drying Time: Unlike gel polish, traditional polish takes a long time to dry, which can cause inconvenience.

Potential for Smudging: Many clients accidentally ruin their polish before it dries fully.

Footwear Concerns: Some clients forget to bring sandals, which can complicate the drying process. We also do not offer disposable sandals.

Comprehensive Services: All our services now include gel polish removal, making the experience smoother and more efficient.
We’ve found that focusing on gel polish provides a better, longer-lasting result and aligns with our commitment to offering high-quality, hassle-free services.
