1️⃣ Medical Pedicures: Okay, so this is oddly satisfying to me. I enjoy cleaning the toenails, removing all the drebris, and build up. Scrapping the dead skin from your feet and reducing the calluses. It's the equivalent of the Dr. Pimple Popper for me. But most of all, I'm fulfilled when you can feel the difference and see the difference. When you use the homecare we have recommended and you notice the difference. And when you're back and you're eager to kick off your shoes to show me your progress 🙌 this is why I enjoy doing medical pedicures.

2️⃣ Nail Art: This fills my creative cup! 🎨 I love nail art as it's a way to express yourself. I enjoy seeing everyone's preferences and their personality shine through. I enjoy pushing myself and looking to always improve my skills.

If you’re using coconut oil, Vaseline, body lotion, or even a cheese grater to fix dry feet, it’s time to rethink your routine! While they might seem like good solutions, they can actually make dry skin worse in the long run.

🥥 Coconut oil might feel hydrating at first, but it only creates a barrier on the skin without truly penetrating to moisturise deeply.

🙅‍♀️ Vaseline has a similar issue—it seals in moisture but doesn’t actually add any, leaving your feet feeling greasy rather than nourished.

👣 Body lotion might work well for your hands and body, but it’s not rich enough to hydrate thick foot skin properly. Most body lotions lack key ingredients, like urea, that help break down and soften rough, callused skin.

😬 And if you’re using a cheese grater-style foot file to remove dry skin, you could be making the problem worse! These harsh tools strip away too much skin too quickly, which can actually trigger your body to produce even thicker calluses as a defence mechanism.
